A missing child is discovered in a remote part of Yosemite National Park over the 4th of July. The boy went missing over thirty years ago and doesn't appear to have aged a day in that time. Racing other federal agents and the impending storm, Delta Green dispatches four friendlies to investigate this strange occurrence.
